Fayetteville Historic District, Craftsman House Renovation
The historic craftsman house had been subdivided into three apartments.
The unifying, comprehensive re-design removed walls to open up the
home for circulation and daylight. Details included a new cathedral ceiling,
central circulation between levels, exterior detailing and a new kitchen and
bath using environmentally sensitive bamboo cabinetry.
